| The granite aggregate for this sculpture was selected by the aboriginal peoples from near Uluru in the Northern Territory. The special concrete was cast onto a specially made form liner and later sandblasted. The lower section of the unit, containing the rivulets was then hand polished to achieve a class 1 finish. When in place, the front of the unit is a water feature, while the back is covered with a metal sheet engraved with inscriptions. | |
